Core to Canvas Camp

Core to Canvas Camp is a unique, 6-week art and science adventure designed for curious and creative students. This camp blends Earth’s natural wonders with the Elements of Art, offering hands-on projects that inspire imagination, exploration, and discovery. Guided by enthusiastic instructors, students will dive into exciting weekly themes that connect nature, science, and creativity.

In this camp, students will:

  • Step back in time to create dinosaur dioramas filled with prehistoric landscapes.

  • Explore landforms like mountains and valleys through textured, mixed-media art.

  • Capture the power of wild weather with expressive and dynamic projects.

  • Celebrate nature by sculpting plants and flowers in 3-D.

  • Use vibrant colors to showcase amazing animals from around the world.

  • Blast off into creativity with space-inspired art explorations.

Whether your student loves nature, animals, or outer space, this camp provides the perfect space to learn, create, and let their imagination soar.

Days and Times: Starting Sept. 24th: Wednesdays 9:30 AM to 10:30 AM grades K-5.

Siblings: Do you have children in different age groups who both want to do class? Contact Miss Sarah to discuss the best session option for your students!

Cost Per Class: $150 for 6-weeks

Step Up: If you will be using Step Up for Students to cover the cost of class, please proceed to the checkout and use code “stepup”. This will reserve your spot for the class. Payment can be made directly through the EMA marketplace. Search for “Gulf Coast Scholars” and select the correct amount. Please note that registration and payment must be submitted before the class begins.

Sarah Dibeler, a Florida native, is a dedicated educator with a Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education from Florida Gulf Coast University. With six years of experience working with children and three teaching endorsements, Sarah is committed to creating enriching learning environments that inspire young minds to thrive. Passionate about personalized instruction, she believes in empowering students to reach their full potential.

Tiani Rosado is a painter and versatile artist based in Fort Myers, Fl. Tiani’s artwork is known for it’s bright colors and dream – like subjects. When she is not showcasing her artwork at local shows and galleries, she is teaching classes for the youth. With a background in education and 8 years of experience making and selling her artwork, Tiani provides the perfect safe space to create, have fun, and learn something new about art.
