Eco Explorers is a nature-based science and environmental studies class designed for students ages 8–12 to explore the outdoors, investigate ecosystems, and develop a deeper appreciation for the natural world. This hands-on program blends science, observation, and outdoor exploration to foster curiosity, responsibility, and environmental awareness.

In this class, students will:

  • Study local ecosystems, habitats, and food chains through direct observation

  • Learn to identify native plants, insects, and wildlife

  • Conduct nature-based experiments and record findings in field journals

  • Explore environmental topics such as conservation, sustainability, and the water cycle

  • Participate in hands-on activities like building bug hotels, testing soil, and creating nature art

Days and Times: Starting August 12th: Tuesdays 2:30 PM to 3:30 PM grades 2-5.

Siblings: Do you have children in different age groups who both want to do class? Contact Miss Sarah to discuss the best session option for your students!

Cost Per Class: $375 for 16-weeks

What to Bring

Supplies: All necessary supplies will be provided.

Dress Code: Students should wear comfortable clothing that they don’t mind getting a bit messy during outdoor activities. Close toed shoes are required.
