Unleash your creativity in our Homeschool Art class, designed specifically for K-1 homeschoolers to explore the world of art in a fun, interactive environment. Guided by passionate instructors, students will learn foundational art skills while expressing their individuality through a variety of exciting projects. This class offers a nurturing space where young artists can thrive and build confidence in their creative abilities.

In Homeschool Art, students will engage in hands-on activities and create projects such as:

  • Playful Paper Creations: Learning techniques like cutting, folding, and collage-making to create whimsical art pieces.
  • Watercolor Wonders: Exploring colors and textures through simple yet beautiful watercolor techniques.
  • Nature-Inspired Art: Incorporating leaves, flowers, and other natural elements to craft unique, eco-friendly artworks.

Schedule

Days and Times: Tuesdays from 10:30 AM to 11:30 AM or Wednesdays from 12:15 PM to 1:15 PM for kindergarten through first grade.

Siblings: Do you have children in different age groups who both want to do art? Contact Miss Sarah to discuss the best session option for your students!

Cost Per Class: $375 for 17-weeks.

Step Up: If you will be using Step Up for Students to cover the cost of class, please proceed to the checkout and use code “stepup”. This will reserve your spot for the class. Payment can be made directly through the EMA marketplace. Search for “Gulf Coast Scholars” and select the correct amount. Please note that registration and payment must be submitted before the class begins.

Sarah Dibeler, a Florida native, is a dedicated educator with a Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education from Florida Gulf Coast University. With six years of experience working with children and three teaching endorsements, Sarah is committed to creating enriching learning environments that inspire young minds to thrive. Passionate about personalized instruction, she believes in empowering students to reach their full potential.

Tiani Rosado is a painter and versatile artist based in Fort Myers, Fl. Tiani’s artwork is known for it’s bright colors and dream – like subjects. When she is not showcasing her artwork at local shows and galleries, she is teaching classes for the youth. With a background in education and 8 years of experience making and selling her artwork, Tiani provides the perfect safe space to create, have fun, and learn something new about art.
