Intermediate Sewing Continue your sewing journey in our Intermediate Sewing class, tailored for students who already completed a semester of Beginner Sewing. This hands-on class helps young creators strengthen their skills and gain confidence as they take on more advanced sewing projects. Guided by experienced instructors, students will expand their knowledge while exploring creativity and craftsmanship.

In this class, students will:

  • Build upon their basic skills with advanced techniques, including finishing seams, adding zippers, and following detailed patterns.

  • Create more complex projects such as clothing pieces, zippered pouches, and decorative home items.

  • Explore fabric selection, pattern adjustments, and creative design ideas.

This class is perfect for students ready to elevate their sewing abilities and continue expressing themselves through fabric art and design.
Please note: Sewing machines will not be provided! Students must bring their own sewing machine to class with them.

Cost Per Class: $450 for 18-weeks + $25 supply fee

What to Bring

Supplies: Students must bring a sewing machine to each class. Extra needles for your sewing machine, fabric scissors, bobbins, and thread are highly encouraged for purchase as this will be used at home as well. Fabric for in class activities will be provided.
