Sculpture

Sculpture is a hands-on, creative art class designed for students ages 8–13 to explore the exciting world of three-dimensional art. Through a variety of materials and techniques, students will learn how to transform their ideas into unique sculptures while developing creativity, problem-solving skills, and artistic confidence.

In this class, students will:

  • Learn foundational sculpture techniques such as shaping, molding, building, carving, and assembling.
  • Explore different materials and textures to create unique three-dimensional artwork.
  • Practice designing and planning sculptures before bringing their ideas to life.
  • Experiment with form, balance, structure, texture, and composition.
  • Create fun, age-appropriate sculpture projects inspired by a variety of artistic styles and themes.
  • Develop patience, fine-motor skills, creativity, and problem-solving abilities through hands-on projects.

Perfect for creative students who love to build and make things with their hands, Sculpture gives young artists the opportunity to experiment with materials, think outside the box, and bring their imagination to life in three dimensions!

Days and Times: Tuesdays beginning September 8th 2:00-3:00

 

Cost Per Class: $135 for 4-weeks plus $15 supply fee

Sarah Dibeler, a Florida native, is a dedicated educator with a Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education from Florida Gulf Coast University. With six years of experience working with children and three teaching endorsements, Sarah is committed to creating enriching learning environments that inspire young minds to thrive. Passionate about personalized instruction, she believes in empowering students to reach their full potential.

Tiani Rosado is a painter and versatile artist based in Fort Myers, Fl. Tiani’s artwork is known for it’s bright colors and dream – like subjects. When she is not showcasing her artwork at local shows and galleries, she is teaching classes for the youth. With a background in education and 8 years of experience making and selling her artwork, Tiani provides the perfect safe space to create, have fun, and learn something new about art.
