STEAM Explorers

STEAM Explorers is a playful and engaging class designed for students ages 5–7 to discover the exciting world of science, technology, engineering, art, and math. This program introduces young learners to big ideas through age-appropriate, hands-on projects that encourage creativity, curiosity, and exploration. With plenty of opportunities for experimenting and building, students will learn through play in a fun, supportive environment.

In this class, students will:

  • Explore basic science concepts through fun, simple experiments and observations.

  • Build and create using blocks, craft materials, and problem-solving challenges.

  • Combine art with STEM to make imaginative, cross-curricular projects.

Perfect for curious minds, STEAM Explorers helps children develop critical thinking, creativity, and confidence—all while having fun and making new friends!

Schedule

Days and Times: May 19th-July 18th: Wednesdays 2:45 PM to 3:45 PM ages 5-7.

Siblings: Do you have children in different age groups who both want to do class? Contact Miss Sarah to discuss the best session option for your students!

Cost Per Class: $200 for 8-weeks

Step Up: If you will be using Step Up for Students to cover the cost of class, please proceed to the checkout and use code “stepup”. This will reserve your spot for the class. Payment can be made directly through the EMA marketplace. Search for “Gulf Coast Scholars” and select the correct amount. Please note that registration and payment must be submitted before the class begins.

Sarah Dibeler, a Florida native, is a dedicated educator with a Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education from Florida Gulf Coast University. With six years of experience working with children and three teaching endorsements, Sarah is committed to creating enriching learning environments that inspire young minds to thrive. Passionate about personalized instruction, she believes in empowering students to reach their full potential.

Tiani Rosado is a painter and versatile artist based in Fort Myers, Fl. Tiani’s artwork is known for it’s bright colors and dream – like subjects. When she is not showcasing her artwork at local shows and galleries, she is teaching classes for the youth. With a background in education and 8 years of experience making and selling her artwork, Tiani provides the perfect safe space to create, have fun, and learn something new about art.
