1. Enrollment and Payments

• Registration: All registrations are handled through our website. Parents must complete the registration form with accurate information.
• Payment: Payment is due at the time of registration. We accept Step Up for Students and all major credit cards through our secure payment gateway.
• Refund Policy: All payments are final. Refunds will only be issued in the event of a class cancellation by Gulf Coast Scholars. If a student misses a class, no refunds or make-up classes will be provided. Full refunds will not be provided for cancellations with less than a 30-day notice. Please note that upon registration, you are expected to pay for the full class session.
• Refund Schedule: Cancellations with minimum 30-day notice: Full refund. Minimum 14-day notice: Partial refund. Cancellations made with less than 14-day notice are not refundable. Cancellations made after the first day of class are subject to an additional cancellation fee of $50. Wild Sprouts Early Cancellation Fee: $250

2. Class Attendance

• Attendance: Students are expected to attend all classes as scheduled. Please notify us in advance if your child will be absent.
• Punctuality: Please ensure your child arrives on time for each class. Late arrivals may disrupt the class and affect the learning experience.

3. Health and Safety

• Medical Conditions: Parents must inform us of any medical conditions, allergies, or special needs their child may have during registration.
• Behavior: Gulf Coast Scholars reserves the right to remove a student from class if their behavior is disruptive or poses a safety risk to others.

4. Photo and Video Consent

• Promotional Use: By enrolling your child in Gulf Coast Scholars, you consent to the use of photos and videos of your child taken during classes and events for promotional purposes only. These images may be used on our website, social media channels, and other marketing materials.
• Opt-Out: If you do not wish for your child’s image to be used, please contact us at [email protected] prior to the start of classes. We will make every effort to exclude your child from promotional media.

5. Intellectual Property

• Content Ownership: All content, including text, images, logos, and materials provided by Gulf Coast Scholars, is the property of Gulf Coast Scholars and may not be reproduced or used without permission.

6. Liability Waiver

• Assumption of Risk: By enrolling your child in Gulf Coast Scholars, you acknowledge and assume all risks associated with the activities and programs offered, including classes involving animals.
• Release of Liability: Gulf Coast Scholars, its instructors, and affiliates will not be held liable for any injury, loss, or damage incurred during participation in our classes.

7. Changes to Terms

• Modifications: Gulf Coast Scholars reserves the right to update these terms and conditions at any time. Parents will be notified of significant changes via email or through our website.
