Scholars Club Parent Agreement, Policies & Terms
Welcome to Scholars Club! We are honored to partner with your family for a season of meaningful
academic growth, creativity, and community. Scholars Club is designed to provide a structured,
supportive homeschool environment where students can thrive socially, emotionally, and
academically. By enrolling, you are agreeing to accept the following terms and conditions.
Program Overview
Scholars Club is an 18-week drop-off academic enrichment program operated by Gulf Coast
Scholars at Homeschool Haven.
Schedule
Classes meet on Mondays and Wednesdays. Drop-off is at 9:30 AM and pick-up is at 2:00 PM.
Tuition & Enrollment
Full-time enrollment (Monday & Wednesday) is $450 per month. Part-time enrollment (Monday or
Wednesday) is $250 per month. Tuition is due on the 1st of each month with a three-day grace
period. After the grace period, a 10% late fee will be applied. Tuition is non-refundable and not
prorated for absences, holidays, or illness.
Program Commitment
Enrollment in Scholars Club is a commitment for the full 18-week program term. Withdrawal does
not remove financial responsibility.
Arrival & Dismissal
A five-minute grace period is provided for pick-up. After 2:05 PM, a late fee of $1 per minute will
apply.
Behavior & Conduct
Students are expected to follow classroom expectations. Repeated unsafe or disruptive behavior
may result in dismissal without refund.
Health & Safety
Parents must disclose all medical conditions. Students must remain home when ill.

Photos & Media
Photos or videos of students may be used for promotional purposes unless a written opt-out is
submitted.
