Wild Sprouts- LaBelle

Wild Sprouts is a playful and enriching class designed for children ages 5–10 to grow, explore, and learn in a nature-infused, hands-on environment. Rooted in curiosity and creativity, this program encourages early learners to build foundational academic skills through outdoor discovery, storytelling, art, and imaginative play.

In this class, students will:

  • Strengthen early literacy skills through read-alouds, nature journaling, and storytelling games.
  • Explore foundational math concepts with real-world applications like measuring plants, sorting natural objects, and building patterns.
  • Create open-ended art projects using seasonal materials, natural textures, and farm-inspired themes.
  • Investigate science and nature through guided exploration, animal observation, and simple outdoor experiments.
  • Develop social-emotional skills through cooperative games, circle time discussions, and collaborative free play.

Days and Times: Starting August 20th: 8:45am-1:45pm Thursdays (August-December)

Cost Per Class: One day a week: $300/month

Step Up: If you will be using Step Up for Students to cover the cost of class, please proceed to the checkout and use code “stepup”. This will reserve your spot for the class. Payment can be made directly through the EMA marketplace. Search for “Gulf Coast Scholars” and select the correct amount. Please note that registration and payment must be submitted before the class begins.

What to Bring

With six years of experience working with children and three teaching endorsements, Sarah is committed to creating enriching learning environments that inspire young minds to thrive. Passionate about personalized instruction, she believes in empowering students to reach their full potential.

Tiani Rosado is a painter and versatile artist based in Fort Myers, Fl. Tiani’s artwork is known for it’s bright colors and dream – like subjects. When she is not showcasing her artwork at local shows and galleries, she is teaching classes for the youth. With a background in education and 8 years of experience making and selling her artwork, Tiani provides the perfect safe space to create, have fun, and learn something new about art.
